We want you to be happy with your purchases! We give full refunds for items returned in new condition only, within 14 days of your receiving the item. We do not accept returns for shoes that have been worn outside, or merchandise that is not in its original packaging. If you received free shipping on the item you're returning, the actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
To return an item, you must send it via FedEx or UPS or bring it in person to: All Vegan, 4669 Park Blvd., San Diego, CA 92116. We do not accept returns by U.S. Mail, and they will not be retrieved from the post office. |
